A family of European immigrants, pioneers in South America, four generations dedicated to the cultivation of the land at the foot of the Andes Mountains in the Tupungato Valley, Mendoza, Argentina.
Ricardo Reina Rutini, following the passion of his parents and grandparents to work the land, was a pioneer in the cultivation of walnuts in the region, introducing the Californian Chandler variety in the country more than forty years ago.
Continuing the legacy that Don Ricardo began, in 2013 Ricardo Jr. and Rodrigo Reina created Uco Nuts, an agroindustrial company with the objective of cultivating, processing and being leaders in the export of top quality walnuts.
