Our production is based on Chandler variety. Its main characteristic is its high percentage of kernel and predominant light color. This variety is imposing itself progressively in plantations and markets worldwide. Its shell is slightly oval and smooth. It stands out for its big kernel (6.3 grams) and mainly for being one of the lightest in the world, almost pearl-colored. It presents a rather sweet flavor and an oily consistency, really pleasant on the palate.

Our walnuts grow in farms located between 1,100 and 1,300 meters above sea level in the Tupungato Valley, an area blessed with an ideal climate (cold nights, late frost, and low rainfalls) for this top quality nut growing. The climatic conditions of our terroir grant the fruit an elegant and sophisticated flavor and light color. The good physical aspect and mild flavor are features that make our walnut a highly appreciated product in all its consuming markets.
