Our processing plant is located strategically in the heart of the Tupungato Valley, surrounded by the hills planted with our walnut trees. There, the up-to-date technology is combined with hand processes so as to obtain high-quality products.

PROCESS AT THE PLANT
Cleaning and hulling: Previous processes carried out mechanically using European and American technology.
Washing: Walnuts are washed with natural melt water from the Andes Mountains.

Drying: Ecological drying process through liquid propane gas.
Sizing: Sizes according to the equatorial diameter of the product. 
Sorting: Hand process in which walnuts are classified and discarded if they do not comply with the 100% of quality standards (those broken or marked).
Packaging Process: According to customer´s requirement.
